Hi all:

I'm new to the net and this mailing list but I've been reading for awhile
and thought I'd take the opportunity to say hi and get in my 2 cents about
speed limits.

I think they should simply read as does the sign on a ramp where I work reads.

               "Be alert to traffic in excess of 100 MPH"

That about says all it has to say, doesn't it?
