Sam and Baby,

Brilliant idea.

There currently is a nationwide min for the highways of 45, but how many times has anyone heard people complaining that they got a ticket for that???

Perhaps the max and min should be increased - and the tickets be targeted toward the Sunday drivers!!

Disclaimer: def. Sunday drivers - (n) people just driving too slow, except for Miatas who are topless and enjoying the scenery ABOVE them! :-)
