Ok, lets see.  Someone did a search for nude and lewd, and could not
find anything, in the CA vehicle code.

So, it is legal to drive nude in CA as long as you are wearing a seatbelt,
and have a properly mounted front license plate.

Of course, with my luck, I would be pulled over in a town with an anti-nudity
ordinence for driving topless.
