Isn't it the surface the brake pad push against? If the brake is ever used, this surface should be flashy like a mirror (or LP record). How does the rust stay there? Do you not use the brake or the rotor just get rusty that fast? I checked mine, luckily they have not learned the new trick yet. And I hope they never do. > wheels.
