NEWSFLASH Hospitals across the country are reporting record numbers of stress and high blood pressure cases... investigation reveals the cause to be an innocent post on the Miata net with the line... Owning a Gun is a Right. Driving a Car is a Privilege. Whoooooo- Doggie! I apologize PROFUSELY for ruining so many people's days. I wanted to post something on the net, to help in the recovery of those whose blood pressure sky-rocketed, but didn't write (judging from those hordes who _did_ write, it's probably legion). What I wrote was not an opinion. It was just a statement of fact, currently in America. Kind of poking at the reckless driving issue. But I must say, we Miateers are certainly a polite bunch. All of the messages I got, even the more heated ones, were unfailingly polite, and we've had some fun discussions about American Society offline. Oh, and Jeannie... Joshua had to point out that I'd misspelled "Priviledge". Where's your ruler? MIATA CONTENT ON DASH-CARE Alan, I don't put any of the gunky cleaners on my dash and it looks nice 'n black. I just clean-rinse-clean-rinse-clean-rinse-rinse-rinse with Simple Green and water. All that cleaning gets the dust outa the little contours.
