I've always wondered if a New York minute was faster or slower
than a standard minute.  On the one hand, I usually think of
New Yorkers as being harried and fast.  On the other hand the
mental image I have of Manhattan traffic in a snowstorm seems
anything but rapid.

By the way, when I had my Ford Ranger, I wanted to "get places".
Now with my Miata I find I want to "go Places".  :)
