Ken,

Sorry to hear about your problems with the body shop.  In my limited
(fortunately) experience with shops it seems that even with the good
ones you have to check everthing and keep after them to make sure that
they do all of the work and do it right.

How about calling your insurance company and seeing if they'll deal
with the shop?  After all, they're the customer, too, since they're
paying for it.  My insurance company has taken dealt directly with
the shops on my befalf.
