My car falls into the described category and I know it isn't worth all that much more than many other cars on the road (monetarily; I'm not taking into consideration any personal value). Heck, I've seen used mini-vans advertised for more than what I could get for my Miata. How do they figure you're rich just from a clean car? And infinitely worse: why would that make it okay for them to do you harm? What is it that has caused them to have this association of Miatas, money and such hate? I know there is no answer to that one, but it really makes you wonder. Maybe all we can do is rely on the good people, like Josh and his wife, to raise their children to be smarter than those fools in the parking lot? Roseanne SoCal Red '90
