Subject: Front tie down hooks on 95 M

I need some help and direction in removing the last hook
from the front of my new M.  I have removed all the bolts and
the darn thing won't slide out of the front.  There isn't enough
room in front, back or down.  Any fresh ideas on such an easy task
would be most appreciated.  I will have to drive tomorrow with one
on and one off.  I re-installed one bolt on the left (drivers side)
just so it wont rattle around.

I should introduce myself:  I have been reading the list for w 
months now and bought my new '95 M (Moo Moo) last month.  I live near Santa Monica in Los Angeles, married with an understandable wife (a motorcycle and 
Explorer) who once learns how to drive a 5 speed will probably want to drive
the M all the time.
