Whoa!
  I don't know about everywhere else, but I do know that in Texas, it IS
state law for slower traffic to keep right, and that law even applies to
traffic that is going faster than the speed limit! In fact, the Highway Dept
states that the number one cause of fatal accidents (number 1) on highways is
cars travelling too slowly in the 'fast lane'. And you can imagine what will
happen when the speed limit goes up officially later this month!
