Hi Dennis and other netters a contact at the CHP who was on patrol before the 55 came down told me emphatically that they (the CHP) cannot ignore the national law and adhere to the 55 mph limit. wondering where this latest escapade by Pete Wilson started, is circulating. hey, he already had the record for lowest elapsed time as a "serious" presidential candidate. ;-) jeff yip > Unfortunately, even though Gov.
