I doubt that the speeds on the freeways will change much...traffic conditions permitting the traffic flow moves at around 65-70mph or more most of the time anyway. I suspect that some municipalities may see decrease in revenue too. Gee, maybe we can get some of the brain dead people who drive 55 in the #land 2 lanes to get out of the way and over to the right where they belong.
