Subject: Limited Editions/Special Editions FAQ

    With the help of lots of people on Miata.Net, I have been developing 
an extensive revision to the FAQ on Limited Editions/Special Editions.  
It includes detailed information about all U.S. model Miatas and quite a 
lot of information about special editions in other countries.  The latter 
parts are by no means complete.
1.  Please send me your additions or corrections, directly to me rather 
than to the list.   jemerson@panther.middlebury.edu   (new e-mail address)

2.  Additional specific information about limited editions from other
countries is especially welcomed.  So is information about production
figures.  Please provide sources (e.g., brochures, MCA mag) if possible.
3.  Please let me know if the acknowledgments at the end omit anyone who
provided information.
   I will post this message first, and post the long document separately
because of its great length.  Please delete it immediately if you are not 
interested!  After assembling responses, we will convert to HTML format and
get it posted with the FAQ on the Miata web page.  (Is Gary the best 
person to advise me here?)
