I can explain to you, Tom, why the tire salesman was attempting to sell you
the SP8000s.  In a short phrase, he makes more money.  SP8000s are
considerably more costly than the D-60A2s, hence more commission.  I
understand the 8000s are superior tires, but I haven't tried them myself.
