Brian asks about clutches: When I sold turbos to 1.6 owners I always told them they would probably get by with stock for a while so they could recover from the turbo purchase. I have had to next day a Centerforce to every 1.8 turbo owner so far. Seems like the first time you reach full boost in third gear the clutch goes away--no hole shots required to kill it. The 1.8 does have a different clutch than the 1.6, I don't think it is that there is any great hp diff between the two, just a worse clutch design on the 1.8. The Centerforce dual friction II seems to do the job fine, plus its use is transparent. No heavier pedal feel. We stock them. bill Dealer Alternative 1-800-FLY-MX5S
