Well, I carry a squeegee, but it's a bit far to loan it to you.
Especially with a big snowstorm between me and you :-)

I'd suspect that if the fuse is OK, that one of the wiper lines is
frozen or cracked.  Just check them all, it will be the last one you
could possibly check no matter how you do it.
