John, in Canada, Mazda came out with a large brochure covering all of 
their 25th Anniversary models in mid 1993 (Mazda came to Canada one year 
before coming to the US), in it they show the black/red Miata with small 
25th anniversary stickers on the side of the front fenders behind the 
front wheels.  They have never mentioned how many there were in Canada, but 
it is few.
