While it is true that having to move the seats and backs is some what inconvenient that hasn't kept me from using it. I adjust the seat before I get out. If you have a passenger, their seat is their responsibility. When I'm by myself, I leave the passenger side covered. It provides a wind free place for maps and provides shade for the cooler on the floor. My side I tuck down behind my seat when traveling so it is handy to use when I stop and want to keep prying eyes, dust or light rain out of the interior. Paul Harrison 93' LE blk/red "Shadow"
