I know of the following: 

1991 LeMans Edition MX-5
Only 24 were made, and painted the same as the Mazda race car.  The current
issue of Miata Mag has a picture of one on page 31.  It is painted orange and
green with white stripes. It also has ground effects body pannels and 5 spoke
wheels.

1995  California MX-5 LE
Only 300 went on sale last year in the UK.  They came with 5 spoke wheels, a
numbered plaque and owner's wallet.

1996 Gleneagles SE
Unknow how many were built.  They came with 5 spoke alloy wheels, bone
colored leather, all wood center console, tartan print shifter boot, custom
boot cover that covers the brace bar behind the seat and owner's wallet.

Thats all I know of, I am sure there is more....
