Subject: NACA Duct Designed for 1.6 -- Does it Work on '94 1.8 engine?

o  The NACA Duct was originally marketed for the pre- '94 1.6 engine with 
mounting on the driver's side.

o  I presume the driver's side placement was due to components benefitting 
from the increased airflow being on that side?

o  Does the same hold true for driver's side placement on the 1.8 liter 
engine?

o  There is at least one message on the boards that implies that the NACA duct 
is non-functional for any MIATA engine and is cosmetic only?

o  Need the facts for decision to buy one or not for my 1.8 liter 94 M edition 
-- I have no other preformance enhancements/mods onboard.
