For starters we need some Miata specific temps... (please correct me if I'm
wrong):

50     Floridians put the top up

40     Ohioans put the top up

32     Cheeseheads put the top up

0      Richard Dekker puts the top up (unless he's ice racing)

and maybe:
100    when Miata owners put the top back up

BTW, I need to make a correction to the original list: my Miata starts at -25F
without much trouble (did it in WI a few Christmas' ago).
