I agree. They make a good product, but have a lousy sense of customer
relations.
Your best bet is to get their product from another vender. (It's usually
cheaper and the service is much better)
If another vender don't have it, you don't want it!
The competition is growing out there, and service will be the difference. 
The sooner these companies figure this out, the better off they will be.
