Gary, first let me say that I enjoy Miata.net (the web page). I've followed it from the beginning and have promoted it often in our club newsletter. You've done a wonderful job at making Miata information available to the Internet community. I feel sure the the work you've done is greatly appreciated by the majority of Miata.net (the list) subscribers. Of course with an opening like that you usually know something else is coming so here it goes. I'm sorry that you feel you are being slighted. However I'm afraid I just can't see your point. I don't see why Mazda or MCA should feel obligated to include you in press releases or other such happenings. Despite the considerable press coverage the Internet gets these days there are still only a minority of people on it. In our club I would estimate about 25% of our members are net surfers. Our club is located in a "high-tech" town and has a number of engineers as members. So I believe that our numbers would probably be above the average. I believe Keith said recently that there were approx. 900 list members. Compare that with the number of Miata owners and you can begin to see that coverage might not seem as wide spread as one would think. > I suppose I should have gone to school with Vince and Norm. Here is something you probably won't see to often. Me coming to the defense of MCA. Gary, on your web page you ask us to tell Norm and Vince how we feel about MCA's lack of involvement with Miata.net (the web page). OK, Here goes. I feel fine about it. I wish MCA had a web presence but I don't believe that it should be only throught Miata.net (web page or list). I would like to see MCA develop and maintain thier own web page. Let me say again, Gary, that I think you've done a great job and I will continue to tell people about Miata.net (the web page and the list). I hope that you take this in the constructive manner in which it was meant. Anthony Prince
