Woooooooah!! Not so fast!

Jeannie's right. Here in Kanada (that's the place at the top of the map),
the word is spelled l-i-c-e-n-c-e. It is both verb and noun.

That's according to The Globe and Mail style book. The Globe is Canada's
most respected newspaper.

Licentious?  Jeannie??  I don't think so.
