Subject: Sticky decal on rear window

The previous owner of my miata must have stuck something on the inside of my 
baby's rear window and then removed it.  The gummy mark is still there and I 
have 
tried everything (including dishwasher soap and plastic scratch remover) but 
JUST CAN'T GET IT OFF.  Any ideas ??

Also, the tab on the window zipper is broken, but a stub is still there.  Is it 
feasible 
to solder a tab onto that zipper stub ???
