Accordingly, I was really excited to find miata.net and this list serve. I've already come across alot of worthwhile info, as well as some (and I do only mean some) good humor. Gary, thank you for miata.net and all you put into it. I can understand Mazda and MCA not underwriting the entire miata.net effort (they don't have to, it's already here, so why make the effort),but I can't understand their apparent complete lack of support. Does MCA provide any services to its members other than the magazine and cosponsoring national events? Wouldn't a web presence provide a valuable service to the membership? And wouldn't it make more sense to build on an established, existing site like miata.net rather than construct a new one. MCA, like any other organization, I suppose, will respond to demands from its customers when enough of them make the same demand. So, how about an organized effort here? With regards to Mazda, it appears they just don't give a damn after you buy their cars. However, if they thought enough of us believed that, maybe they would do more. Sorry for the long post. I feel better now.
