The truth is that all the Rosenthal dealerships have reputation for 
being "difficult" to deal with under any circumstances.  I have found 
that Pateros Mazda in Leesburg, VA is very professional (although 
that might be because I bought my car there).

Call Mazda customer service and ask them about the switch.
