Bret, I took the emblem off the nose of my '94 and installed in its place the Japanese Eunos "V" symbol - a silver and gold V shape on a dark blue background. The current "olympic torch" symbol is indeed attached by two holes that have been drilled through the bumper. It is possible to remove it, though. Just reach under the nose - yes it is possible - from under the hood and you should feel two pegs sticking through the bumper. They each have a little square piece which, through friction, holds them down against the car. It is possible to remove the emblem with the pegs in place (Chris Lambert did it, to aid in cleaning under the emblem) but if you're not worried about saving the piece, like me, then you could just snap the pegs off. A flat head screwdriver and a cloth (to protect the paint) should suffice. Of course, you will be left with two holes. That I don't have an answer for. Put a Eunos "V" symbol on! Except that its pegs have a different alignment, but that's another story. Mike Pablo Red '94 base Springfield, VA Capital Chapter, MCA MIATA 96 #170
