Well-known axiom:  If it seems too good to be true....it is!

Mark's axiom:  When it comes to maintaining a car's finish, NOTHING
replaces elbow grease.

Bottom line:  Regular applications of any good quality polish and wax is
the BEST way to keep your car looking as new as possible.

Just my two cents.
