To answer the comment about the stacked navigation frames taking up screen
space:

We tried to keep them small, as well as keeping the site easy to navigate.
You can resize them if you'd like more room - just drag them down.  The way
things are set up, the bottom row of the bottom frame is more for newcomers,
and those who know the site well can hide it 90% of the time.

Another easy way to more screen room (besides increasing your screen
resolution) is to change your navigation buttons to text-only - you'll pick
up a lot of space.  Turning off the directory buttons and even the location
will give you more.

I welcome any constructive comments on the new design.
