You might want to give Mike Martinez a call at Martinez MOTORSPORT.
He owns a Miata and is an active member of the Windy City Miata Club.
Having just joined WCMC 2 months ago (I have only spoken with him 
once and I have never had any work done there) I can't "recommend" 
him to you, but it may be a good place to check out.
