My mistake - I changed the links on the miscellanea page to use
FTP instead of HTTP. The correct URLs would be:

	ftp://ftp.miata.net/miata/misc/MIATAC2.ANI
	ftp://ftp.miata.net/miata/misc/MIATAW1.ANI
