Item Subject: cc:Mail Text OK, now that we know how old everyone is, here's some info from the latest BAMA newsletter. I'm proofing it between reading the Miata list and putting off doing work for my employer. You know about MCA (after yesterday, how could you not?) and anyone over 50 knows about the AARP. Well, John Starke of Englewood, FL decided to put the two together and start the Miata Club of American Association of Retired People. So far it has 13 members scattered around the country. This was in the Sept. '95 Points to Ponder, BTW. I'm posting this for non-MCA members. If you're interested, drop a line to John Starke at 1 N. Cayman Isle Blvd, Englewood, FL 34223 and, as the newsletter article states, "Join the ranks of Miata owners free to drive the fun roads 52 weeks of the year." Rub it in, why don't you...grr! An additional sentence mentions that these folks might be the best qualified to participate in the Miatas Across America in 1999!
