Subject: Help!  I'm too tall for a Miata.

I'm really close to purchasing a 1994 Miata B.  I love everything about
the car, but I would do anything to get about 1" more leg room -  my
right knee needs some of the space the steering wheel is taking.  Does
anyone have any recommendations for aftermarket seats that provide a
lower driving position?  Or is there a kit/procedure for lowering the
factory seats?  I've searched the archives at miata.net without success.
 Any help is greatly appreciated.
