I understand that: (a) the vendors will be set up at the track (Road Atlanta), not at or around the host hotel (aside from the usual amount of peripheral or "tailgate" vendors who set up during the shoulder hours of the day), and (b) admittance to the track area will be restricted to fully-paid registrants; day-trippers will not be admitted because of insurance concerns; and there will be no single-day or other form of partial registration. I assume this means that the only way for anyone to take advantage of the vendors at the Games will be by paying the full registration ($230 single?). Too bad. If anyone knows any different, please let me know. Though I don't have a lot of time, I'd be tempted to make a quick scoot down and back if I could at least have access to the vendors. - Dave Allen, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and The RoadSurfer ...
