You'll probably get a lot of replies, but subframe braces and sway bars are two different animals. Braces are merely passive chassis stiffeners and (anti) sway bars are active suspension components. BTW your car is equipped with braces and sway bars. What is being discussed are added braces or aftermarket bars which a lot of us have .
