I've seen several complaints about one person or another expressing 
political views in their signatures.

I'm sure almost everyone here knows this, but most mail programs allow 
you to set up ONLY ONE signature file, global to all messages sent.  
It's common everywhere else on the internet to put political comments 
there.  Are we expecting each person to remove their sig files, just for 
this list? Geeze!

Perhaps those that take offense to said signatures would consider taking 
the flames to private mail?
