It just says "Watch me smile while I kick your butt!".

I think the cute and unthreatening image is wonderful on the highway in not
attracting unwanted attention however, I believe the image is being
tarnished by the many victories in slaloms/autocrosses over many very
competitive cars.  The secret may be out even though it seems to have taken
so long.
