I heard a *rumor* that the Memphis event was not going to happen. 

I also have the flyer that was given out at Clev. in '95 by the Memphis
group, but then I never heard another thing about it.  In Toronto there was
no discussion, or flyers handed out for next year's event.  

What gives?
