Hard questions are fun, aren't >they! > Duh, I own a Volvo. It's a 1984 240 GL wagon with 124K miles. Someone asked me, not too long ago, how I liked my Volvo and I responded: "If I had of know what it was going to be like when I bought it ten years ago for $9K, I would have bought TWO OF THEM!" Now having said that I must confess that a Volvo (at least the 240 model) is a rather "sexless wonder". All it does is *work*. Since it is a GL it has leather, alloy wheels, electric door locks and windows, automatically operated driver's seat heater and electric overdrive on the 4 speed transmission. After twelve years and 124 *thousand* miles, all of these things STILL WORK! It has *never* failed to start and run. I'm keeping this one until it collapses on my driveway. One thing though: After driving the Volvo (the wife and I alternate driving the Miata, and if it's raining neither of us drive it) I *really* get a kick out of driving the Miata... ************************************** * Been There, Done That, Outgrew The T-shirt. * **************************************
