This is the only problem I have with driving through the Smokies. No fast fun!

But if you're out for a cruise and in no hurry, I recommend this trip to anyone

that wants to go.



  At 12:15pm we reached Gatlinburg, Tennessee and realized we were in

>Tennessee.  We weren't supposed to be in Tennessee for this trip.



Whoops. But wasn't that drive through the park something? (if that's the route

you went, how about that 360 degree loop that goes through the tunnel? Wooohooo!

Take that at a high rate of speed, top down. Did it in my wife's 325ic. Scared

the bejeesus out of her but I just giggled the whole time!) Anyway, welcome

to East Tennessee. Would have liked to have met you.

This is why I love East Tennessee and the Appalachians. I moved from Houston, TX

and wouldn't move back. I'd get bored driving. And drving is life. Everything

else is just passing time until you can drive again.

I would have waved back, and I drive a white.
