There was a problem with the Crystal White for 90 and at least part of 91 -

it peels, just as you described.  I've seen several Mazdas of all types

doing this particular trick, including a number of Massive Personnel

Vehicles (MPVs).  Many folks have been able to get Mazda to cover a new

paint job - this was certainly the case for my neighbour's MPV.  If the car

is well cared for, I don't see how they can pin it on you.  The other

colours don't peel, by the way.



I may be wrong, but I understand this was the first year for a new type of

low-fume paint, and it took them a while to get the white to stick properly.
