<< Had BFG T/A R1's mounted and spin balanced on stock alloy rims from 

 my '95 R.  On the road vibration began at about 55 stopped at 60 and

 began again at about 90.  Had no trace of shimmy, shake, or whatever

 with stock tires. R1's are 205 55. Alignment Front Caster 4.5 Camber

 -0.8 Toe +1/16, Rear Camber -1.1 Toe -1/16. 

 

 Time trialed Sunday anyway. 

 

 Any thoughts on why the vibration or how to fix it. >>



It is a wheel balance problem. Have the shop calibrate the balancer before re

doing your wheels.

I have a customer that runs R1's all summer with no problems.
