Subject: Enjoyable(but anti-social) behavior

WARNING!!!

The follow post contains graphic descriptions of anti -social behavior. It

may be too intense for children, small animals, tree huggers, and other

wienies, but, so what?

The following acts were performed by a trained profesional on a public

street. Do not try this in your town with your car.

Today was not my favorite day. Mondays are like that when you're a divorce

lawyer. Everyone who had a fair shot at sceewing up my day, did. My

secretary even booked me appointments into the early evening. By the time I

got out, I just wanted to head home for a drink. As I slid into my Miata,

the top was already down, and I headed onto the boulevard out of town. Just

before my on ramp, I hit the last red light in town. Already at the light

was a blue Mustang. The dual pipes and huge tires told me it was a GT. This

one had all the stuff; blacked out windows, a mega stereo, and a huge

Autometer tach on the dash. As we both waited for the light, he kept jumping

the car forward, never letting the idle drop below 3 grand. I just sat back,

waiting. When the light turned, I caught the 25-year-old in the Mustang

napping, as I side stepped the clutch in a dead perfect launch. The Mustang

figured out what had happened, and really got down on it. By the, I had hit

redline,and did a perfect one-two powershift. When the Mustang hit second' I

had two car lengths on him, and it was all over. I was laughing so hard, I

damned near spun it, and missed my ramp to boot. I was still laughing when I

got home a half hour latter.

What does all this mean? I guess there's still some fun to be had, even on a

Monday night.
