     I do live in Louisiana - lots of sunshine - and as I stated earlier -

maybe not - garaged daily.  Also, as I am now inclined to do, I plan another

trip to the dealership, I suppose that I ought to make an appointment for

this one.

     Today, I been at a local paint and body shop and they too are saying

what you are believing about the primer.  Its like the paint is fine.  Its

also like the primer is fine, too.  And for some reason the paint no longer

wants to stick to the primer.  I believe that this is what you are refering

to as delamination.

     Anyway, I guess that it may be about time for me to return to the

service department of my local dealership with my attitude and Miattitude and

request again some sort of resolution.

     Did I mention that this delamination is only happening on the White,

that no other colors are being affected by the sun??
