Subject: Storing Wheels and Tires

I've got two sets of wheels and tires and I'd like advice on how to

store the wheels and tires (long term) that are not mounted on the

car.  Is it best to store them standing up like on the car or stacked

one on top of the other?  I'm guessing that stacking them will put

less stress or more evenly distributed stress on the them than 

standing them up.
