When I wrote about the 25 cent charge, I should'a mentioned I'm writing 

from California, where they charge you for everything and anything.  

True fact: in Colma, where they have a lot of cemetaries, they are 

talking about charging a tax on each body buried there.  I'm not sure if 

that means those buried from now on or ALL the bodies.  Now the only 

things you can be sure of are death and taxes and death taxes.
