Ok, here are my lists: most beautiful: Porsche 356 speedster, no paint Miata (any, although BRG & Yellow stand out) 63 Lincoln Continental Convertible (seats 8) Lotus Elise 94 RX7 twin-turbo, dark blue, tan interior, no spoiler most desirable to own (price + maintenance not considered): Lotus Elise Porsche 911 speedster Dodge Ram full-size extended cab, 2500 series, V10 Lexus SC400 BMW M3 w/new sequential, automatic clutch 6-speed what I've actually owned: '83 Dodge Ramcharger, brown & tan, 150k miles and still running strong '89 Mitsubishi Galant GS (5spd), was really fun car '94 Mazda 626 LX V6 (5spd), perfect fam. sedan, but I'm 23 and famless... '94 Miata base model, 16k miles, classic red. Love it. Ideal 3-car stable that I'd actually consider shelling out the $ for: my '94 miata some big sedan, like a Taurus SHO Chevy Tahoe or something similar & big Cars I am really impressed with: Lotus Elise -- if you build it light, you get great performance without a big engine & gas guzzling, etc. BMW M3 with said sequential 6spd auto-clutch -- as much of a race car as anyone might want, I suspect. Miata -- I paid $14k for a roadster that was essentially new. Hyundai Accent hatchback -- I rented one of these and drove across British Columbia with it. Wow; it was great. No power steering, tiny little tires, and a 3 spd automatic. But, it was the closest thing to a Miata I have ever driven. Before you say I'm crazy, go test drive one, and then realize that you can get a new one for about $7500.
