I had already run a wire (fused of course) directly from my battery for power locks and remote start so I used that, but you could probably find a source at the fuse box under the drivers side dash or tap off one the constant wires in your ignition harness. You should use an inline fuse with your new connection (30 amps I think). Don't use your radio +12 wire because it is fused at 10 amps or so, and your window motors are not relay switched.
