Skip, Were you requesting input on parts we'd like to see machined? Here's one I've had in the back of my mind for several years: A brace for the driver side headlamp, to stop the vibration when it's up. If you've ever driven in front of another Miata at night, you've probably seen how that light jumps around. I've seen this phenomenon enough over the years to believe that it exists in most Miatas. Granted, to the driver behind the light it's no big deal, but stiffening that up does two things: 1. It's better on your fellow Miata buddies when you're behind them. 2. It keeps your car from looking like a ratted-out VW to oncoming drivers. It looks like a brace could be fabricated sort of in this shape: __ / / / / -- only not quite as vertical as I've rendered it here. It looks to me like there are existing holes that could be utilized to attach this. FWIW, I've never seen this shaking on the passenger's side lamp. Looks like there's more stuff on that side to keep if from moving around. Just an idea. If I had the tools and the talent, I would've tried making one a long time ago. But, unless it's really cheap, I don't see it being much of a big seller.
